great location but service could improve

The location near the XL Center made it easy for us to attend the show. The decor throughout the property is stunning, adding a delightful ambiance to our stay.

The service felt a bit slow at times during our visit.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the action! My room was a Deluxe Queen Room, and it felt like a little sanctuary—very clean with the most comfortable bed and cozy linens. Plus, the staff made me feel safe and welcomed, even during a busy weekend. I was so impressed by how they took care of their guests!

Loved the spacious deluxe queen room with stylish decor. The Pina bar had amazing cocktails and a great vibe! Plus, the unique robin blue tile ceiling was a standout feature. Conveniently located near plenty of shops and outdoor activities, I felt that it got my vacation off to a fantastic start.

I had a lovely stay with some great late check-in help after attending a wedding and enjoyed the bar's lively atmosphere. The rooftop pool and cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that there was no coffee pot in the room, but honestly, it didn’t ruin my experience. I’d recommend bringing your own! ☕️

Super clean and comfy Deluxe Queen Room. Good air conditioning and nice flat-screen TV. Loved having a fridge and tea/coffee maker in the room. The fitness center was great, too! The staff was professional and attentive, making sure I felt safe with key checks before entering the lifts. That piña bar was a vibe, with tasty cocktails and snacks!

The location was great and central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Hartford Police Museum and Bushnell Park. The decor was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, we encountered some issues with the service, including a misunderstanding regarding our room and a lack of breakfast options which were included in our reservation. Overall, while the hotel looked beautiful, the experience fell a bit short considering the price.
